A new witness has testified about the murder of a travel influencer that took place last summer.

Last summer, influencer Gabby Petito, who was traveling with her fiancé, disappeared and was found dead a month later.

A new witness testified.

Brian Landry, the fiancée of the alleged suspect, returned home alone after Gabby Petito’s disappearance. He then left the house again without being questioned by police, and was found about a month later shot to death.

The disappearance of the influential youth travel influencer drew a great deal of attention from all over the United States. A new witness has now emerged and said that he witnessed the two arguing.

The witness told The Sun that this person saw her and Brian Landry in a heated argument in Utah a few days before Gabby’s disappearance.

The argument escalated, and when Gabby tried to get back into her car, Brian nudged her and she stumbled toward the vehicle.

The witness was in his car at the time and saw the two arguing as he passed by. They were both yelling at each other. Brian was swinging his left hand at her and it looked like he was hitting her with a clenched fist,” said the witness.

Later, the police arrived after receiving the call and interviewed the two in the van in which Gabby and Brian were riding, but did not take Gabby into custody.

In this regard, Gabby’s family recently filed a lawsuit seeking damages, claiming that it was a failure of the police to protect Gabby, who was clearly in a vulnerable position, on the spot.
