BTS x Disney! HYBE and The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific Partner for Global Content Distribution

HYBE, a Korean entertainment lifestyle platform company, and The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific have formed a global partnership to distribute HYBE’s content, including the BTS documentary series, on Disney’s video distribution service, “Disney Plus a video distribution service of Disney, for the first time in the world.



The first three films will be distributed on Disney Plus


The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific and HYBE’s partnership includes the global distribution of five major HYBE content titles, including two exclusive series featuring BTS, which will be available on Disney’s video distribution service. Here are the titles that have been announced for distribution at this time




An exclusive cinematic 4K concert featuring BTS’s live performance at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles in November 2021. The event featured performances of Billboard hits “Butter” and “Permission to Dance” and was the first time the band had direct contact with fans in the two years since Pandemic.

Travel reality show starring BTS’s V, Park Seo Jun of “Itaewon Class,” Choi Woo Sik of “Parasite Halfway Underground Family,” Park Hyung Sik, Peakboy, and other luxury stars. In the show, the five friends take a surprise trip and enjoy various leisure and fun activities.




An original documentary series that follows the amazing story of BTS, the pop icons of the 21st century. Based on a vast amount of footage and sound files from the past nine years, the documentary follows the BTS members as they enter a new chapter in their lives, their thoughts and feelings, and their vision for the future. The documentary will be distributed exclusively through Disney’s video distribution service next year.
