Kanye West (45) missed a scheduled deposition with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian (42) and her legal team last week.

Kanye did not show up for the meeting, which was held for an out-of-court question-and-answer session under oath, according to the report. It is not clear why he was absent or for any other reason.
Kanye and Kim have agreed to another deposition on November 29 at 9:30 a.m., prior to the two-day trial set for December 14 local time to finalize their divorce.
If he fails to show up for the rescheduled appointment, TMZ reports that the move “could be a serious problem for him” because it would be “not pleasant” for the judge.
Kanye and Kim are also currently discussing how to divide the total assets they have earned after seven years of marriage.
Last month, The Blast reported that Kanye’s lawyers had filed a “disclosure declaration,” indicating that their trial was nearing its final stages. According to the document, Kanye has turned over all of his financial information to Kim’s lawyers during their separation, and has also reached an agreement with Kim on how their finances and assets will be divided.
Kanye has recently been in trouble for his comments on social media. In response, Kim has distanced herself from Kanye, and the two are said to be in contact only through their assistants.
Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021. The two are the parents of four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
