In this documentary, Prince Harry and Meghan talk nakedly about the attacks by the media and the lack of protection within the royal family, as well as Meghan’s miscarriage and trial. Prince Harry then touched on their childhood in the spotlight and the expectations they faced as royalty. He also discussed how the brothers’ relationship fell apart when he and Princess Meghan stepped down from royal life.
The documentary also revealed that an article about Meghan in the tabloids revealed to Prince Harry that Prince William’s office was trading stories about him and his wife. He revealed his feelings, “I would much rather be crushed by the press than go along with these games and deals,” and that it was “heartbreaking to see my brother’s office copying what we both promised we would never do.”
Prince William has yet to react to the documentary, and a source told Page Six jokingly, “William and Kate’s aides have explained the program, but don’t expect the couple to sit in their cottage with popcorn and watch it.
