A video taken by a person who appears to be the mother of two black children at the theme park was recently posted on Instagram. In the video, children who approached Rosita, one of the characters from “Sesame Street,” and asked for a high-five were ignored.

In the video, Rosita appears to ignore only the black children, although she hugs and responds to high-fives from the other children.

 

The mother who posted the video said, “I’m going to keep posting this video. I’m so angry.

 

The mother described the situation at the time: “We were just about to leave the park. But the children stopped to look at the characters,” she explained. “But this unfortunate person brusquely said ‘no’ to the children and hugged the white girl next to him,” she said.

 

The mother, annoyed by this response, asked the woman in the Rosita costume to meet her boss, but she replied that she did not know who her boss was.

 

The video posted by the mother received more than 380,000 views and spread to other social networking sites, attracting the attention of many people.
