Hailey Bieber won a small victory in the court battle.

The fashion brand “Rhode” claimed that Hailey’s use of the name constituted trademark infringement. The fashion brand Rhode claimed that Hailey’s use of the name infringed on their trademark rights.

Fashion brand owners Poona Katau and Phoebe Vickers founded Rhode NYC in 2013. They also claimed that the brand logo presented by Hailey was very similar to theirs.

In the meantime, the court has allowed Hailey to use the name to promote the brand, although the case is still pending.

On Friday, July 22, Hailey’s side submitted an urgent letter to the court requesting permission to use the name “rhode” in a making-of video for the brand to be posted on YouTube that day.

According to E! News, Hailey also submitted a video to be posted on YouTube along with the letter, and the judge made this decision after reviewing it.

On the other hand, the fashion brand had requested not to use the name until the case was settled in court, but this request was denied.

With this decision, Hailey is now able to post her videos and promote her brand even during the trial.

Hailey’s attorney commented on the decision, “We are pleased that the plaintiffs’ request for a temporary injunction against Hailey’s company and skin care brand has been denied and that this decision has been reached.
