She (Amber), she did it. She cut off his (Johnny’s) finger.

One of these incidents occurred in April 2015, when she cut off his finger. Johnny and Amber, who were staying in Australia at the time, got into a big fight, and an enraged Amber threw a bottle of vodka at Johnny. This hit Johnny’s finger, and the tip of the middle finger of his right hand was chipped off.

At the trial, Johnny testified about what happened that day. Amber, on the other hand, denied all claims.

In a recently released document, it was revealed that Jennifer Howell, Amber’s sister Whitney Henriquez’s boss at the time, had testified about the incident.

According to the document, Jennifer Howell saw Whitney Henriquez’s reaction to receiving a message from Amber immediately after the incident.

Jennifer told Depp’s defense attorney, Camille Vazquez, “Whitney was wary. ‘She (Amber), I did it. She cut off his (Johnny’s) finger. I pushed the chair back and asked, ‘What’s going on? I pushed the chair back and asked back, ‘What’s going on?

Jennifer added, “Then Whitney got all excited and said, ‘She cut off his finger. She did. And then she said, ‘I have to call someone,’ and ran out the door,” she recalled.

Although this was never adopted at trial, the resulting Virginia court accepted Whitney’s claim and ordered Amber to pay damages.
