Speaking of Will, he was furious at comedian Chris Rock’s joke at this year’s Academy Awards. He delivered a strong slap to Chris for teasing Will’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s hairstyle. Will continued to use off-the-air language and exploded with anger, saying things like, “Don’t say my wife’s name.

Will has already posted an apology video on YouTube, but according to a new Q Score obtained by Variety magazine, Will’s reputation has been severely damaged by the Academy Award slap, despite repeated attempts at reconciliation.

Incidentally, Q-scores are the industry standard for quantifying celebrity star quality and attractiveness, and recently played a major role in the defamation trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard in determining whether either party was responsible for harming the other’s reputation.

In Will’s case, he had previously been one of Hollywood’s most beloved actors, along with Tom Hanks and Denzel Washington. However, after the “slapping incident,” Will’s Q-score favorability plummeted from 39 to 24, with only 24% of those surveyed having a favorable opinion of him. This could have a negative impact on Will’s acting career.

Even four months after the incident, many of his projects, including “Emancipation,” the “I Am Legend” sequel, and “Bad Boys 4,” are effectively on hold for the time being as the studio considers them.
