Adam Levine, frontman of the popular band Maroon 5, has been revealed to have had an affair.

Influencer and model Sumner Stroh made headlines when he revealed on TikTok that he and Adam were having an affair. It was also revealed that Adam wanted to name his third child Sumner, the same name as his affair partner.

On Monday, September 19, Sumner Stroh posted a video on TikTok. In it, Sumner wrote, “I was having an affair with a man married to a Victoria’s Secret model. I was young and naive at the time, which means, frankly, I feel exploited,” he began.

Sumner said he was “easily manipulated” by Adam, and then he released a screenshot of a DM (direct message) he had with Adam.

‘Adam and I were together for about a year. After I stopped talking to him for a few months, this is how he came back into my life.”

In the DM, Adam said, “Serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s (a boy) I want to name him Sumner. Is that okay with you? I’m serious,” he said, revealing that he is naming his third child, currently in Béhattie’s belly, after his affair partner, Sumner.

Sumner was speechless at the surprise message from Adam. Sumner added, “I never wanted to come forward. Because obviously I know what I do, how I make money the way I do, and the impact that being an Instagram model has. So to be tied to these stories…. I know the stereotypes,” he said.

Sumner also sent a screenshot of the message to several friends, adding that one of them tried to sell the story to media outlets. He concluded the video by revealing that he had decided to tell the story himself, saying, “That’s why I’m here.”
