Geena Davis, known for her roles in “Thelma and Louise” and “Beetlejuice,” confessed that she was harassed by Bill Murray, her co-star in the 1990 film “Quick Change.

In an episode of the podcast “On With Kara Swisher,” Geena was asked about working with Bill on the film.

She had previously revealed in her memoir, “Dying of Politeness,” that Bill had harassed her.

In the podcast, she discussed the pre-film meeting. “I went to a hotel suite to meet Bill Murray, his co-director, and the producers,” she said, “and I went in and tried to sit down with everybody sitting there. But Bill Murray came up and said, ‘Hey, have you tried Thumper? No. What’s that?’ He said, ‘Well, try it,’ and he recommended the massager.” Bill added, “Lay down here. I want to try it out. Geena continued to refuse, but “I had to scream at him, ‘Stop asking me! I had to yell at him to stop asking me,” she said.

Geena said this was not the only time Bill harassed her. She said, “We were shooting a huge scene at an intersection in Manhattan with hundreds of extras and a lot of crew members. And they said, ‘You’re ready to come on set. And I said, ‘The costumes told me to wait here for a minute. Or should I go with you?’ I asked. And a few seconds later, Bill Murray, who, by the way, was in full clown costume, crashed into the trailer with anger coming out of his eyeballs and started screaming at me and swearing at me. ‘Get the hell out of here! What are you doing? Get out of my way! Get out of my way!’ ‘ I turned around,” he said.

Then he came up behind me and yelled in my ear. ‘Faster, faster,’ he said. ‘ And then I saw hundreds of people at this intersection. And he kept doing that until we got to this intersection where there were hundreds of people watching, and he said, ‘Stand right there,’ and pointed to the sidewalk markings and started shooting,” she revealed. Geena was “literally shaking” from the experience. After that, Bill acted as if nothing had happened, she said.

Speaking of Bill, he has been accused of sexual harassment by several actors and crew members in the past.
