Princess Catherine of Wales shares her “special way” to get rid of her lack of exercise while raising her children.
How does Princess Catherine solve her lack of exercise?
Princess Catherine, wife of Prince William of Wales, revealed her “favorite way” to get rid of her lack of exercise while raising her children at a recent reception for the England national wheelchair rugby team. Princess Catherine has been the patron of the English Rugby Football League and Rugby Union since last February, replacing her brother-in-law, Prince Henry, who has left the royal family.
A mother of three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, Princess Catherine is known to have the style of a supermodel, but does she do any exercise? If so, how does she make time for it amidst her work and child-rearing commitments?
According to the Daily Mirror, when asked by one of the players at the party if she goes to the gym, Catherine replied, “I run with my children.
‘I get together with my children and run around. I do everything I can. Whenever I can exercise, I do. Sometimes I jump on the trampoline with the children before they go to school.
According to Hello Magazine, Catherine is athletic by nature and usually does aerobic exercise such as running and weight training, but when she doesn’t have time, she relieves her lack of exercise by running around with her children or jumping on the trampoline.
Incidentally, like their athletic parents, the children also love exercise, and Catherine says, “We are always slightly competitive with each other. All the children love sports, and Louis is crazy about rugby.
