Noah Schnapp opened up about “Stranger Things” Season 5.

A fan asked if the start of filming for Season 5 would affect his school life.

The popular science fiction drama “Stranger Things: The Unknown World,” which is currently being shown on Netflix up to season 4, is set to reach its finale with the upcoming season 5.

Filming has not started yet, and preparations are currently underway.

However, Collider reported that actor Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, a key character in the film, has revealed when filming will begin.

In a recent Instagram livestream, Noah said, “Speaking of which, just an update on ‘Stranger Things,’ we’re about to start filming (season 5)! Lots of great things are in store and it’s going to be a wild final season. Some crazy stuff. There are some impressive scenes,” he shared with fans in an update.

Fans also asked if the start of filming for season 5 would affect their school life.

Noah said that the filming of “Stranger Things” will not conflict with his school life, revealing, “Filming will start in May! We’ll start filming in May!

Stranger Things” is set in the 1980s and tells the story of a group of teenagers who confront supernatural phenomena in the fictional northern U.S. town of Hawkins.

The Duffer Brothers, the authors of the original story, once announced that Season 5 “will be an emotional conclusion,” although they declined to go into details.

The exact release date for Season 5 remains unclear. However, if filming is to take place during 2023, the release date could be around 2024.

Also, Season 4 was divided into the first and second half of the season, and it is not known if Season 5 will be the same.

It is possible that Netflix’s intention is to release the first half in May of that year, when the show is eligible for the 2024 Emmy Awards, and the second half around the summer of 2024, when the show will be eligible for the Emmy Awards next year.
