I get a lot of stuff sent to my house and the houses of my loved ones. Death threats and other things that are really disgusting and honestly criminal.

Cole, who was in a relationship with actress Lili Reinhart, 26, with whom he co-starred from 2017-20, pointed out a situation where viewer fans are too involved in the actors’ personal lives. He also mentioned that his other co-stars Camila Mendes, 29, and Charles Melton, 32, had been dating for a year in 2018.

Cole, who plays Jughead, told Vulture magazine. ‘I get a lot of stuff sent to my home and the homes of my loved ones. Death threats, really nasty stuff, honestly criminal stuff. I think it’s because at least four of my closest colleagues have been coupled up.””Is this the end of intense love? Or is this what we call fanaticism? Maybe the boundaries are blurred for the viewer, and it’s harder to break these things off as life moves on.”

Casey Cotto, 31, who plays Kevin, also revealed that someone had his mother’s phone number and kept leaving him voicemails with threats to come and get her, and said that some fans were unable to distinguish between the actors and the fictional characters in the drama.

Meanwhile, the drama’s cast members revealed that Luke Perry, who played the father of the main character Archie and died suddenly in 2019 at age 52, had given them advice on how to deal with fame.

Speaking about Luke, who was starring in the popular drama “Beverly Hills, 90210” at the time, Madeline Petsch, 28, who played Cheryl, said, “I asked him, ‘What’s this (fame) journey going to be like?’ I asked him, ‘It’s not what you imagined it would be. I promise you, it’s more than you can imagine.'” “Luke has been like an oracle to me and many others in the program, especially in guiding us through the chaos and confusion of the first two years and our rise to success. I think the program is where it is today because of him,” said Cole. “I think he knew everything we were about to go through. I often wonder how he would have answered this question if he were still with us.
