On April 29 local time, Johnny’s bodyguard Malcolm Connolly joined the courtroom remotely as a witness in the lawsuit filed by actor Johnny Depp against his ex-wife, also an actress, Amber Heard, for defamation. He answered questions about whether the story that Johnny urinated in the doorway of a house he rented there while in Australia was true.

How did this story come about in the first place? It is said that the “peeing incident” led to a fight between Johnny and Amber, which resulted in a finger amputation in which Johnny suffered a serious injury and lost a part of his finger. one of the points of contention. Incidentally, regarding Johnny’s finger injury, Amber testified in her 2016 divorce trial that Johnny went off on her during an argument, breaking bottles, windows, and other objects, and that the shrapnel damaged the middle finger of her right hand, but Johnny claimed that he was injured by a vodka bottle that Amber had thrown and hit him.

When Johnny allegedly urinated on the front porch, Mr. Connolly, who was outside the house, heard a noise and went inside to find Johnny in the doorway. However, Mr. Connolly did not actually see Johnny urinating, and when Amber’s lawyer asked, “Did Mr. Depp try to urinate on the front porch?” Amber’s lawyer asked, “Did Mr. Depp try to urinate on the front porch?

Amber’s lawyer asked, “Did you see Mr. Depp’s private parts exposed? He looked a little puzzled and replied, “If I saw Mr. Depp’s penis, I would remember it. Johnny, who was watching the exchange in the courtroom, could not contain his laughter and burst out laughing while lying face down on the desk. There was laughter and groans from the audience as well.

As we have reported, Johnny was sued by Amber for $50 million in damages for defamation for accusing him of domestic violence in a 2018 op-ed in the Washington Post, in which she did not name him but identified him as Johnny. The lawsuit is seeking $50 million in damages. The trial, which began on April 11 local time, is scheduled to last about a month and a half, and Amber will be in court as a witness following Johnny, who has already testified.
