Amber Heard, the ex-wife and actress who was sued by actor Johnny Depp for defamation, was asked several questions by Johnny’s lawyer about Johnny’s drug use during the trial on May 16, local time.

One of the items discussed in court that day was a photo that was also submitted as evidence in another trial* in 2020. The photo was taken in 2013 at Amber’s home in Los Angeles, where she was living with Johnny at the time, and showed cocaine “prepared” on a table and a tampon applicator that Johnny was allegedly using to snort the cocaine. Johnny was “preparing” the cocaine on the table.

The trial in which Johnny sued the publisher of The Sun, a popular newspaper in the U.K., for defamation, calling himself “a man who is violent toward his wife. Johnny denied the allegations against him by presenting various evidences, but the court dismissed Johnny’s lawsuit, finding that The Sun’s report that Johnny was violent toward Amber was “not substantially contrary to the facts.

When Johnny’s lawyer, who suspected that the above photo was a setup, pointed out that if Johnny had been using a table to directly snort cocaine, it would not have been in the neat rows shown in the photo, Amber said, “The tampon next to the driver’s license (in the photo) Amber explained, “The tampon next to the driver’s license (in the photo) is for putting cocaine in, and I think my sister taught him (Johnny) how to use it. When asked if he had any photos of Johnny actually snorting cocaine, he replied, “I don’t have any photos of him snorting.

When asked about the fact that she had sent photos of Johnny passed out several times to her friends and called him “Opioid Johnny,” etc., Amber insisted that she did it to make him aware of his drug addiction and that she had no malicious intent.

Incidentally, when Amber’s lawyer asked her several questions about the above photo when she took the stand a few weeks ago, Johnny admitted that the cocaine on the table was cocaine and that the case with the skull and crossbones was his own, but he did not answer the question whether he had cocaine in that box.
