Johnny performed CPR Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) on her.

According to PageSix, Courtney expressed her support for Johnny through a friend’s social media account, saying, “I don’t mean to be a big critic, but when I overdosed in front of The Viper Room in 1995, Johnny gave me CPR! Yes, that’s right.

The Viper Room is a nightclub in West Hollywood, a popular spot that Johnny co-owned in the 1990s. It is also known for the drug-fueled death of actor River Phoenix.

At the time, Courtney had just lost her husband, Kurt Cobain, to suicide at the young age of 27. She expressed her gratitude to Johnny, saying that while she was addicted to drugs and under the care of welfare, Johnny, without her knowledge, had sent letters to her daughter Frances and arranged a limousine to take her and her friends to the premiere of “Pirates of the Caribbean”.

On the other hand, he said of Amber, “All this time, she’s been the most hated woman in the world, not just in America…I can relate to how Amber feels. It sucks. Can you imagine being in her shoes?” He commented.

She continued, “But if you’re queer and belong to a feminist community, but you used the movement for your own gain and had moments of violence, I hope that justice is done, no matter what it is.

Johnny and Amber have been pending in a Virginia court since April of this year. They are suing each other for defamation over Amber’s confession of domestic violence in an opinion piece she contributed to The Washington Post.
