According to a police report, Lil Tjay and two friends were attacked at the Promenade complex in New Jersey late at night on June 22, US time. Lil Tjay, who was hit by multiple bullets, was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery, but the situation is still unpredictable at this point, sources told TMZ.

However, police have not mentioned the condition of the victims, and northjersey.com reports that one of the victims was brought in in critical condition but is now in stable condition.

Meanwhile, police arrested a 27-year-old man as a suspect in the attack on Lil Tjay and others. The attack was carried out for the purpose of robbery. Two friends who were with Lil Tjay were also arrested on suspicion of illegal possession of weapons.

A few weeks before the incident, Lil Tjay had posted a comment on Instagram saying, “It’s going to be a good summer (this year).” On social media, rappers who were close to him, including French Montana and NLE Choppa, tweeted their wishes for his safety.
