It even details how the legal team was working.

The documents, which have now been made public on the Internet, were submitted by the lawyers for both sides in the defamation trial that was held from April to June this year by actor Johnny Depp against his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard. The report details not only what was revealed in the televised proceedings, but also how the team of lawyers worked behind the scenes.

According to The Post, which reviewed the contents, the 985-page document, filed on March 28, details Amber’s side’s rebuttal to a series of allegations filed by Johnny’s lawyers. The allegations included a request to exclude Johnny’s medical history from the trial and a request to present information about Amber that could be used against her.

Amber’s counsel also complained that Depp’s side was inappropriately trying to bring up “footage from Amber’s sister Whitney’s reality show” and “past romantic relationships between Amber and Whitney” in his stance.

The document also describes a message exchange between Johnny and singer Marilyn Manson in 2016.

Amber’s side claimed that the messages hinted at an incident in 2016 in which police were called to the Los Angeles apartment where Johnny and Amber lived. Amber’s side thought that Manson and Johnny may have been abusing drugs at this location in regards to this incident.

In the message, Manson wrote, “I want to hide somewhere because the police might come.

On the other hand, Johnny’s defense attorney had requested that the trial court not mention his past cases and the litigation cases he was involved in at the same time. The reason, according to the defense attorney, was “to give the jury a preconceived notion of the case.

We have reached out to representatives of both Amber and Johnny for comment on these matters, but have not received a response at this time.
