Comedian Pete Davidson recently broke up with reality star Kim Kardashian after nine months of dating.

Kim Kardashian is the ex-wife of rapper Kanye West; she filed for divorce in February 2021, which was granted this past June; the two married in 2014 and have four children together.

Kim started dating Pete last fall. Kim made a guest appearance on a variety show hosted by Pete.

After they opened up their relationship, the two posted on social networking sites that they were getting along well, but it was her ex-husband, Kanye, who took offense to this.

Kanye had been attacking Pete on his SNS often, and inserting a scene in the music video of the song “Eazy” in which a white man who resembles Pete is violently attacked.

A source said of Pete’s therapy visits, “Kanye himself, and the negativity and ill will that comes from his antics, triggered him and he had to seek help.

On Friday, June 5, it was revealed that Kim and Pete ended their nine-month relationship. Pete is said to have told insiders that he had no regrets about dating Kim, and Kim had continued to support Pete.

However, because they were both busy and in a long-distance relationship, their differences continued, and it is said that they chose the path of a breakup.

In response to the breakup report, Kanye updated his Instagram on Monday, August 8. The headline of the newspaper article was changed to “Skeet (Pete’s nickname) Davidson dies at 28” and posted, but it caused a huge firestorm because it was too inappropriate.

This seemed to infuriate Kim, as expected, and the post was deleted a few hours later.
