Have you ever heard of the “square frames” that sometimes appear on the ground at Disneyland in Anaheim, California and Disney World in Orlando, Florida?　The frames are simple things made of masking tape, and it is unknown when and where they will appear. When a guest steps into such a frame, commonly called a “clap box,” “something” happens.

That “something” is a standing ovation by the cast.

There are always several cast members waiting near the clap box, and they applaud every time a guest steps into the frame. But what happens if the guest stays in this clap box for a few seconds to a few dozen seconds?　That’s where Disney, whose motto is to give guests a magical experience, comes in.
