The scriptwriter of Netflix’s popular drama “Stranger Things” has revealed the backstory of what is said to be one of the most moving scenes in Season 4.
Stranger Things” was certified as the most-watched English-language series in Netflix history with the release of Vol. 1 (Part 1) of Season 4 on May 27 (Friday) and Vol. 2 (Part 2) on July 1 (Friday) of this year. It is clear that there were many ad-libs by the actors in this season, and it seems that Noah Schnapp, who has played Will Byers since season 1, was one of them.
He revealed the story behind the scene, which is said to be one of the most moving scenes.
In Season 4, Chapter 8, “Dad,” Mike Wheeler (played by Finn Wolfhard), who is on his way to rescue Eleven/El (played by Millie Bobby Brown) in a van, tells his best friend Will, who is standing next to him, that he is worried that Eleven might leave him, saying “When all this is over, I might have no use for you. He tells his best friend, Will, who is standing next to him, that he is worried that Eleven will leave him.
Will tells Mike that “Elle will always need you” and “You’re indispensable, especially to Elle. You are indispensable, especially to Elle. Without you, she would be lost. Elle is so different from everyone else,” “But you make her feel special and brave for being different,” “Elle needs you, and she always will. He encouraged Mike, who was unsure about his relationship with Elle, by saying, “Elle is so different from everyone else,” “But you make me feel special and brave for being different.
Will’s advice cheered Mike up a little, but he turned his head toward the window, clamped his hand over his mouth, and tried desperately to hold back his tears. In fact, Will has been in love with Mike for some time, and in the aforementioned exchange, Will was expressing his feelings for Mike instead of making Elle the subject of the conversation.
