Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick are being accused of allegedly perpetrating the scam.

People who participated in the raffle were told they had a chance to win first-class tickets to Los Angeles, a four-day, three-night stay in Beverly Hills, and even $100,000.

The plaintiffs, made up of people who did not win the raffle, allege that Curated Businesse, the company that organized the raffle, Kim, and Scott illegally collected their personal information and sold it to advertisers.

The plaintiffs believe that Scott was the organizer of the raffle, and claim that he used his connections to the Kardashian family to get big-name celebrities such as Kim, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner to call out to their followers on Instagram.

Kim and Disick are the only two named in the lawsuit, and the plaintiffs are seeking $20 million in damages from each of them.

Meanwhile, sources close to Curated Businesses told TMZ that the raffle has a legitimate winner and that they have the documents to prove it. The company’s website also lists winners for 2019 through 2022.

In addition, the “Frequently Asked Questions” section asks, “How are the winners selected?” section, where it states, “We use the services of a third party to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible applicants.”

Kim, Scott, and Curated Businesses have not commented on the lawsuit at this time.
