Dr. Dre said of Rihanna’s halftime show, “I like it. I love what she does, how she enjoys things, how she approaches things artistically. It’s really wonderful. She has a chance to surprise us. I know we’ve set the bar very high,” he said, referring to his own performance in 2022.
He then gave Rihanna simple and precise advice: “Surround yourself with the right people and have fun,” and added, “That basically means surrounding yourself with the right creative people. She added, “You might want to look into the people we used to do the show.
The halftime show was “very nerve-wracking. I think I may have never been that nervous before. Not only that, but I’ve never looked forward to a Monday morning so much,” said Dr. Dre, who was a mixture of nervousness and anticipation.
