Bruno Mars’ Japan tour has started with a total of five shows in Osaka and Tokyo. There are some NG acts at the show, which were also a problem at Bruno’s last show in Japan.

NG acts that Bruno Mars has repeatedly warned about.

Bruno Mars, who came to Japan for the first time in about four years to enjoy sightseeing in Osaka in the Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi areas, opened his Japan tour with a sold-out show at Kyocera Dome Osaka on October 22. After one more show at Kyocera Dome, he will now play three more shows at Tokyo Dome, but there are some NG acts to watch out for at such Bruno’s performances.

Bruno himself said to his fans on Twitter in 2019 about that act.

‘Let me tell you guys! Put your cell phones away. And jam with us and be a part of the show. Cell phones are putting up a wall [between us]! There really are too many of them these days. In 2022, he told the Los Angeles Times, “As a person who conducts an event by reading the atmosphere of the venue, I need to understand (sensitively) what kind of energy is needed in that venue. But when you have a wall full [of cell phones], you lose that sense. When there are cameras lined up, I become afraid, ‘I might not want to try this dance tonight,’ or ‘If I tell this joke, it might be on the Internet,'” he said.

During Bruno’s last performance in Japan, the 2018 24K Magic World Tour in Japan, a certain commotion occurred. Bruno threw a towel toward a fan in front of the stage, reportedly because he was trying to get the fan in front of him to stop taking pictures with his smartphone the whole time.

Many people share the desire to take pictures and videos of their visit to a live performance as a memory. However, that can be done without constantly holding up a smartphone and taking pictures for long periods of time. Since you get to see the world’s greatest entertainers live, we hope you will experience their performance with your whole body.
