Rumors of Zendaya and Tom Holland’s engagement have hit the headlines.

Zendaya and Tom Holland hit it off when they co-starred as Spider-Man/Peter Parker and MJ in the “Spider-Man” MCU movie series, and began dating.

Since Zendaya and Tom are both successful actors, they are sometimes in a long-distance relationship during filming. Even so, on their days off, they would fly to the location where the other was filming and go on many dates.

A Twitter account called “pophive” reported that Zendaya and Tom were engaged, and it became big news all over the world.

Zendaya and Tom have not responded to this at all, but Zendaya’s mother, Claire, uploaded a meaningful post to her Instagram.

In that post, she touched on the definition of “fishing titles (clickbait),” saying, “Clickbait is the use of sensational or misleading headlines to increase the number of clicks on a piece of content. Often, exaggerated claims or important information is omitted in order to increase traffic. The term is generally used in a negative sense,” it said.

Although Claire did not specifically mention it, it seemed to be a response to the fact that this was just after the news of Zendaya and Tom’s engagement.

Zendaya and Tom are a popular couple, and because they attract a lot of attention, they are the subject of various rumors. Previously, when there were rumors that Zendaya was pregnant, Zendaya responded on Instagram Stories that she was fed up with the rumors, saying, “Every week they fabricate nonsensical rumors.
