The amount of money Tom Felton received for his performance in “Harry Potter” is astonishing!

Tom Felton, the actor who got his big break playing Draco Malfoy, the main character’s rival in the “Harry Potter” film series, is getting a lot of attention for the amount of money he received for a total of 31 minutes of appearances in all eight films in the series.

Malfoy, played by Tom, had a strong presence throughout the series, but according to IMDB, Malfoy’s total appearance time in all eight films was only 31 minutes (31 minutes and 45 seconds to be exact). This is very little considering that the overall running time is approximately 19 hours and 40 minutes.

Daniel Radcliffe, who played Harry, appeared in 539 minutes, Emma Watson, who played Hermione, 205 minutes, and Rupert Grint, who played Ron, 211 minutes, with Daniel, who played the main character Harry, having the most minutes. It was also clear that Rafe Fiennes, who played Voldemort, the series’ biggest and most powerful enemy, had a total appearance time of 37 minutes and 15 seconds, which, like Malfoy, was quite small compared to the impact he had on the audience.

It is well known that the three actors who played Harry, Hermione, and Ron earned huge sums of money for their appearances in the series, but the amount of money paid to Tom was also quite small considering that he appeared for only 31 minutes. According to The Mirror, the amount was a whopping $14 million! In terms of the time spent on the show, he earned $451,613 per minute.

Incidentally, Tom, who acquired his wealth at a young age, had a period after appearing in “Harry Potter” when he wasted a lot of money: “I bought a lot of silly things that kids would buy. Skateboards, clothes, typical teenage stuff. Then I wasted a lot of money on cars for myself and my family. Mainly BMWs. My mother told me, ‘You worked hard, get what you want. But be careful with the car because it will cost you a lot of money,’ and she was right.
