Aaron Carter’s fiancée, Melanie Martin, called the police when she moved her belongings out of Aaron’s home.

TMZ reports that a woman believed to be Melanie called the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department to make sure the operation went smoothly. A moving truck was spotted outside a house in Los Angeles as Melanie and a friend, wearing a tie-dye hoodie, loaded boxes.

Aaron was found dead in the bathtub of his home on November 5, local time. The first person to find him was his housekeeper, who was 34 years old. Police sources told TMZ that there were cans of prescription drugs and compressed air in his bathroom. Just days after Aaron’s body was found in the bathtub, Melanie moved out.

Melanie and Aaron’s best friend, Gary Madatyan, has been cleared to enter the home. Madatyan told Entertainment Tonight on Monday, “After they took the corpse out of the house, they allowed only a few people into the house. At home, Madatyan and Melanie said they saw aerosol cans and “yellowish” water in the bathtub where the bodies were said to have been.

Melanie, who shared an 11-month-old son, Prince, with Aaron, later spoke of this tragic loss and said her heart was “completely broken.”
