Snoop Dogg tries to sign his name in Japanese

Rapper Snoop Dogg, who appeared at the halftime show of the 2022 NFL summit game Super Bowl with Dr. Dre, Eminem, and others in full force, is not only an artist, but also has a business dealing with the cannabis industry and alcoholic beverages.

Snoop visited Wal-Mart, a major American supermarket, to scout out BroadusFoods, a food company started by Master P. Here, he unexpectedly decided to introduce how he writes his name in Japanese.

It was while someone who appeared to be a visitor from Japan was signing Snoop’s cookbook, “Snoop Dogg’s Cooking Class: 60 Platinum Superlative Recipes from Boss Dogg’s Kitchen”. Snoop asked the person, “Please show me how to write my name in Japanese,” and when the person wrote “Snoop Dogg” on a piece of paper, Snoop looked at it and tried signing in Japanese. Snoop tried signing in katakana with sound effects, which is quite rare to see.
