According to the paper, to celebrate the victory over Argentina, King Salman announced that November 23 would be a national holiday, accepting the proposal of his son, Prince Muhammad. The paper reported that “all workers and students will be released from their duties after a day of celebration that began after the games.” The royal adviser also reported that admission to theme parks and all other entertainment venues will be free on November 23.

 

Saudi Arabia, ranked 51st in the world, will face Argentina, ranked 3rd, in their first World Cup match.
