Princess Charlotte was very touched by the event.

On Thursday, December 15, “Royal Carols: Together at Christmas,” a carol service hosted by HRH Princess Catherine, was held at Westminster Abbey in England.

Prince William, Prince George (9), and Princess Charlotte (7) also attended the ceremony. Princess Charlotte was particularly moved by the appearance of actor Hugh Bonneville, who appeared in the film series starring the British national character “Paddington,” and read a portion of the picture book “Paddington’s Christmas Post.

Paddington is a long-loved bear character in the U.K. He is characterized by his goofy personality while possessing the spirit of an English gentleman.

When the “Platinum Jubilee” ceremony was held in June this year to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s reign, he and the Queen performed a funny skit that became a big hit.

Since this carol service was held to honor the Queen, who passed away this September at the age of 96, Princess Charlotte may have been remembering her favorite great-grandmother.

In holding the event, Crown Princess Catherine stated that the purpose of the event was “to carry on the tradition of Her Majesty the Queen and to thank those who have given so much support to others.

She continued, “Her Majesty has left us a wonderful legacy and has been a profound inspiration to many of us,” and added, “This year’s carol service is dedicated to Her Majesty The Queen and all those who have unfortunately passed away.
