Meaningful statement draws attention

Gal Gadot has announced her return as Wonder Woman.

On Saturday, June 17, actress Gal Gadot attended Netflix’s global fan event “TUDUM” in Brazil, and talked about a possible comeback to her best-known DC character, “Wonder Woman.

Speaking to ET, Gal said, “Things are going on behind the scenes. When the right time comes, we’ll all know,” she said, hinting that some sort of project is in the works, though she declined to say.

Gal was originally slated to return for the third film in the “Wonder Woman” series. However, when Peter Safran and James Gunn took over as head of DC Studios, the story of the film itself was dropped.

In another interview, Gull revealed that he “feels empowered” whenever he receives an offer for a new film.

In an interview with Total Film, Gal said, “For me, it’s incredibly wonderful to start and develop a story that I’m passionate about,” Gal said, “The fact that I don’t have to sit at home and wait for the next offer gives me strength. It gives me strength. I enjoy what I do and it keeps me alive.

I’m going to work as an actress for hire, not just on self-directed projects,” she added, “but to be able to tell a story that I’m passionate about, from my own ideas and ideas that people who want to work with me find appealing, that’s wonderful. That’s wonderful,” she added.
