Singer Madonna has been admitted to the hospital after being rushed to the emergency room.
64-year-old Madonna contracted a bacterial infection and was rushed to the emergency room.
Madonna, who is also known as the Queen of Pop, was scheduled to launch “The Celebration Tour,” a world tour commemorating the 40th anniversary of her debut, starting with a performance in Vancouver on July 15 and continuing to 35 cities in total until December, when an emergency situation occurred.
Madonna contracted a bacterial infection on June 24 and was hospitalized in an emergency. The situation was so serious that she even entered the ICU at one point.
When the news was reported worldwide, Guy Oseary, Madonna’s longtime manager, wrote on his Instagram, “On Saturday, June 24, Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection and was hospitalized for several days in the ICU. Her health is improving but she is still undergoing treatment. She is expected to make a full recovery. At this time, all work, including tours, must be suspended. We will provide details on the new start date for the tour and rescheduled performances as soon as they are finalized,” she said in a statement, explaining the situation.

Page Six reported that Madonna was unconscious and intubated when she was rushed to the hospital and was in a dangerous condition. Her child, Lourdes Leon, who works as a model, was by Madonna’s side.
