Taylor Swift changed some lyrics of “Better Than Revenge” in the re-recorded version of “Speak Now”!

Popular singer Taylor Swift has changed some of the lyrics to her song “Better Than Revenge” on the re-recorded version of “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” to be released today.

Taylor Swift is currently re-recording and releasing her past albums due to copyright issues. Today, Taylor released “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version),” a re-recorded version of her 2010 album “Speak Now.

For some time now, rumors have been flying among fans that some of the lyrics to the song “Better Than Revenge” on the album would be changed, and now the rumors have turned out to be true.

The part of the song is “She’s not a saint and she’s not what you think / She’s an actress / She’s better known for the things that she does on the mattress (She’s not a saint and she’s not what you think / She’s an actress / She’s better known for than she is for what she does on the mattress).

The song was rumored to be about Taylor’s ex-girlfriend Joe Jonas and his then-girlfriend, actress Camilla Belle, and the lyrics of this part were bashed as humiliating and misogynistic.

Perhaps in response to this bashing, Taylor decided to change the lyrics of this part of the song.

In the re-recorded version, “She’s better known for the things that she does on the mattress” is changed to “He was a moth to the flame / She was holding the matches. She’s better known for the things that she does on the mattress.
