Over the weekend, actor Jonah Hill was exposed by his ex-girlfriend for the contents of text messages in which he accused her of mentally abusing him.
Now, American TV personality Bethenny Frankel has come out against him.
It all started when Jonah’s ex-girlfriend, Sarah Brady, published several screenshots of various text messages on her Instagram story.
In one of them, she wrote to the surfer that she was not a suitable partner for her if she “surfed with a guy,” “modeled,” or “posted sexual photos” of her. There were also text messages asking her to delete the photos. Sarah, who said she had been mentally abused by him and published the screenshot, commented, “I too suffer from mental health, but I would never use it to control [people] like he did to me.”
The post quickly went viral, and the content Jonah sent was met with a flurry of accusations, including that it was a misogynistic comment.
In the meantime, Bethenny Frankel revealed on TikTok what happened when she and Jonah performed on the show, and it has become a hot topic.
Bethenny recalled, “I was on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ and Jonah Hill was my first guest,” and commented, “He was an asshole. He was a superior person, and he treated me as if he was … better than [me]. I felt like a loser, like I was nobody.

As for Sarah’s decision to share her emails publicly, she asked, “What emails and phone calls should be shared … where is the line? In the past, you’ve shared the crazy phone calls Mel Gibson had with his ex-girlfriend and the crazy conversations Alec Baldwin had with his daughter. Much was also shared about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, and everyone was on Amber’s team until the trial. So I think it’s tricky to read the texts.” We don’t know the full extent of Jonah’s text messages, but he also made a bit of an accusatory remark about Sarah, who published the contents, saying, “They’re both a little crazy, aren’t they?
