Zayn, a former member of the popular boy group One Direction (1D) who is now working as a solo singer, has released his first interview in six years.

His comeback single “Love Like This” will be released on July 21.

 

Zayn appeared on the popular podcast show “Call Her Daddy” and talked a lot about his One Direction days, fatherhood, and music.

The talk about his 1D days is the focus of this interview in particular. Speaking of Zayn, he left 1D in 2015, shocking fans when he left the group in a blitz.

 

Looking back on his departure from 1D, Zayn said, “I don’t want to go into too many details, but there were a lot of ties back then. There were a lot of people involved, making a lot of claims and refusing to sign contracts. So I thought, ‘Something is going on. I thought, “Something is going on. Zayn also felt that he wanted to go solo earlier than most of the other members, which was another reason he left the band. He also commented on his relationship with his band members, “There was a fundamental problem among us members. We were together every day for five years, and to be honest, we were fed up with each other. We were very close. We did crazy things and no one in the world will ever understand the experiences we shared,” he explained. Although he was close to the band members, he spent so much time with them that he sometimes felt exhausted.

 

Zane has since gone solo, but he still feels nervous about performing alone. Since going solo, Zayn has never toured, and only performed three times in 2016.

 

I’m still nervous, but I have energy,” he said. I feel like I have something to give, and I want to get on stage and feel it again. My fans have always supported me. They always follow me. I want them to come when they’re ready. I really, really appreciate them. I feel their love,” he said, revealing his love for his fans.

 

Zayn will release his first new song in two years, “Love Like This,” on July 21. Currently, Zayn is working on music that is different from his previous works. I’m making music that people wouldn’t imagine,” he said. It’s a different sound for me. It’s more of a story, more of a real-life experience, and there are a few references to my daughter,” he said.
