Reality TV star Kim Kardashian (42) has undergone a major makeover for her appearance on the latest season of “American Horror Story.
Kim appeared in the first teaser for season 12, which was released on July 20 local time. At first glance, it was hard to tell if it was Kim or not, and her appearance immediately became a topic of conversation.

In the 40-second clip, Kim wears a long white wig, a black dress, and holds a baby in her arms as the eerie “Rock-A-Bye Baby” plays. Kim is often associated with tanned skin, but in this video, her skin is also whiter and she is wearing bright red lipstick.
Her co-stars Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne also wore similar looks, with figures wearing identical white wigs dancing in eerie circles.
The anthology’s new film, “Delicate,” is based on the novel “Delicate Condition” by Daniel Valentine.
While the trailer excited many fans, the news of Kim’s involvement in the series drew mixed reactions earlier this year.
Co-creator Ryan Murphy described Kim as one of the “biggest and brightest TV stars in the world,” but other actors, including Patti LuPone, were less than impressed with his decision to give the role to someone who is not a performer.
Kim, on the other hand, revealed in an interview with Variety magazine at the 2023 Met Gala that she “of course” had the help of professionals for this role, and that she is really enjoying this new challenge. I really enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone, trying new things, and growing,” she said.
