Comedian and actor Pete Davidson will enter an 18-month program to perform 50 hours of community service after being charged with reckless driving, Page Six reports.

Pete was charged last month with one count of misdemeanor reckless driving for crashing his car into a Beverly Hills residence in March.

Newly, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told Page Six that if Pete abides by certain conditions, he will not have a criminal record. Under the terms of the program, Pete must perform 50 hours of community service, attend 12 hours of traffic school, and be educated about the possible consequences of reckless driving in hospitals and morgues, the spokesman said.

Speaking of Pete, who was reportedly institutionalized for borderline personality disorder and PTSD, sources who commented to Page Six said that Chase and her family are staying with Pete during his stay. ‘He’s doing well,’ and ‘Pete is a big believer in mental health and therapy.’ When he has free time in his schedule, he is working on himself,” she commented.
