Randy Meisner, one of the founding members of the legendary rock band The Eagles, has died at the age of 77.

According to the statement, details of Randy’s funeral have not yet been finalized.
Randy left the band in 1977, and was replaced by Timothy B. Schmidt, who had been the bass player for Poco, the band Randy had previously been in with the Eagles. After leaving the band, Randy released a number of solo albums, including a self-titled album in 1978 and “One More Song” in 1980.
