Popular rapper Iggy Azalea, 33, revealed that she had to interrupt her concert in Saudi Arabia on Friday night due to a wardrobe mishap during her performance.
Iggy posted a slideshow on Instagram.
The post has now been deleted, but it showed the moment her costume pants ripped.

She stated, “Saudi Arabia…ahhh, probably the worst place for my pants to rip and unfortunately I didn’t get permission to finish the show.” Although permission was not granted, Iggy commented, “The promoter was amazingly kind to me and the people who came were absolutely most supportive.” He continued, “I love you guys. Although this was an unscheduled part of the show, this is something I will remember forever, and ultimately it showed me how kind, loving, and supportive people can be in the midst of such an embarrassing moment,” she continued.
Iggy also referenced the incident in X, stating that she and her team “wanted to continue, but the authorities wouldn’t let us because my pants were ripped.”

Iggy further explained the reason for the cancellation in another tweet, saying, “At one point I yelled to the crowd. ‘Ladies, speak up, this is a woman’s world! ‘” she stated. She added, “And that seems to have angered the authorities. LOL,” she added.
It is unclear if Iggy will reschedule the show. An insider added, “Iggy wants to revisit and hopes this is not an event that prevents her from returning.”
According to the Saudi Immigration website, women’s dress code in this Muslim country has evolved in recent years, but female visitors should still “cover as much skin as possible to avoid attracting unwanted attention.”
