Johnny Depp Suspects Amber Heard of Cheating on Co-Stars

In a trial in which actor Johnny Depp sued his ex-wife, also Amber Heard, for defamation, Amber herself testified that she was jealous and suspected Amber of cheating on him every time she performed with a male actor in a movie.

We previously reported that Johnny was suspicious of Amber’s friendship with James Franco, who co-starred with Amber in the 2016 U.S. film “The Adderall Diaries,” but Amber says that James was not the only person Johnny named as her fling partner. Amber says that James was not the only one that Johnny named as her fling.

While Amber was filming the 2015 movie “The Danish Girl” in London, England, Johnny was filming another movie in Australia. Because of the long distance, albeit for a short period of time, she and Johnny were communicating well, and up until a certain point, “it was a positive situation,” Amber says. However, she says that she gradually began to notice a change in Johnny’s attitude: “I felt like [Johnny] thought I was sleeping with the director. Then I wondered if he was also sleeping with the actor he was filming with,” she said, claiming that Johnny had become suspicious that she and her co-star were having an affair. He further revealed that the actor was Eddie Redmayne, the film’s lead actor.

Recalling the time he was suspected of having an affair with James, he said that on the plane ride, “I went from questions about how the kissing scene was, how the sex scene was, to questions about what James Franco did in that scene, and he asked me very explicitly about my body. (He talked about it in public.) I was very embarrassed,” he also said.

By the way, as many of you know, Johnny and Eddie co-starred in the “Fantastic Beasts” movie series. In this series, Johnny played the role of Grindelbald, the “worst black wizard of all time” who opposes Newt, the main character played by Eddie, and in 2020, he was accused of being a “violent wife-beater. However, he was forced to drop out of the series in 2020 after losing a libel suit against a British newspaper that described him as a “wife-beater.
