Season 3 of the popular drama series “Only Murders in the Building,” which is distributed by Hulu (Disney Plus in Japan), will be produced in the United States.

Only Murders in the Building” follows two uncles, Charles (played by Steve Martin) and Oliver (played by Martin Short), and Mabel (played by Selena Gomez), a woman as old as their grandchildren, who hit it off because of their shared mania for true crime shows. The long-awaited Season 2 became available on June 28.

Season 3 of the popular drama “Only Murders in the Building,” which is distributed by Hulu (Disney Plus in Japan), will be produced.

Season 2 is currently being distributed, and in this season, after the shocking death of a certain person at the end of season 1, Charles, Oliver, and Mabel are on a quest to uncover the identity of the killer. However, the three are suspected of being involved in the death of that person.

With the first half of Season 2 already available, the decision to produce Season 3 was already announced.

Craig Erwich, president of Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment, released a statement. He said, “‘Only Murders in the Building’ is a true treasure of ours. Its cross-generational appeal, humor and heart, and original approach are the hallmarks and hallmarks of Dan, John, Steve, Marty and Selena’s work. We are grateful to be able to continue to tell the story of Charles, Oliver and Mabel to an audience eager for more of this story.”

Only Murders in the Building” has been well received by critics, with a whopping 100% rating on the renowned review site Rotten Tomatoes, which commented, “The crime fanatics’ silly yet insightful approach to getting to the bottom of the crime is very entertaining, with three fascinating protagonists. The three charming protagonists make for a very entertaining finish.
