Did Johnny Depp suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED)? In newly released court documents, Amber Heard’s defense attorney claims.
This complex may have caused his violent behavior.
Recently, 6,000 pages of documents from actor Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard, which took place between April and June of this year, were released.
Among them, it was revealed that Amber’s lawyers had submitted a document on March 28 of this year, pointing out that Johnny’s worries about ED may have caused his violent behavior.
In the document, Amber’s side wrote, “Although Mr. Depp is reluctant to disclose that he has ED, there is no doubt that this condition is related to his anger and sexual abuse of Amber.”
Amber tearfully claimed during the trial that Johnny raped her by inserting a bottle of alcohol into her genitals and frightened her with the bottle, saying he would “tear her face to shreds” with it.
Amber’s defense attorney wrote of this behavior by Johnny, “His ED complex turned to anger, and he had no choice but to resort to the bottle.
On the other hand, when Amber was asked by Johnny’s lawyers whether she did not go to the hospital because she was raped by Johnny, she replied that she did not remember the exact order and that she did not see a doctor, which made her credibility questionable.
In addition, Johnny has consistently denied any sexual abuse or violence against Amber. On June 1, the Virginia Court of Appeals accepted Johnny’s allegations and ordered Amber to pay $10.35 million in damages.
