Actor Keanu Reeves, known for his roles in “The Matrix” and “John Wick,” was caught enjoying a date night with his girlfriend, artist Alexandra Grant.
The two have been dating for several years, but it is rare for them to be seen holding hands in a crowded city, not at an official event. On this particular day, however, it seems that they had something they just couldn’t miss.
What they enjoyed that night was a Broadway play “American Buffalo”!

The play was written by David Mamet and stars Keanu’s old acquaintance Laurence Fishburne. Keanu was actually looking forward to this play very much. The week before, Keanu had been in England, and on his return flight, a fan boy asked him a lot of questions, to which he responded in a godly manner, answering all of them. In the conversation, he revealed that he was going to see “American Buffalo”.
It is not known if Lawrence and Alexandra have ever met face-to-face, but it is expected that at least this time they met backstage.
When Keanu was in Berlin, Germany, filming “Matrix Reservations,” Alexandra temporarily moved there with him. Therefore, she too was seen having dinner with the cast and crew of “Matrix Reservations,” but since Lawrence did not appear in this film, Alexandra and Lawrence did not meet.
Incidentally, Alexandra visited the set of the “John Wick” series of films starring Keanu, in which Lawrence also appears, on Keanu’s birthday. Lance Reddick, who plays Sharon, had never met Alexandra before, and his impression was, “Can I use a bad word? She was “f*cking awesome,” he said.
Keanu and Alexandra had also enjoyed New York City a few days earlier.
