Tom Holland distances himself from social media

Actor Tom Holland, best known for his role in the “Spider-Man” series of MCU movies, has been posting on social networking sites to promote his movies and respond to his girlfriend Zendaya’s posts, but he has not been posting much on his personal life.

Still, fans were happy to see Tom’s SNS updates, but now Tom has a sad news.

Tom has now made a sad announcement: he is distancing himself from social networking sites. Tom said, “I have decided to distance myself from social media for my own mental health. Instagram and Twitter are too stimulating and overwhelming, I get caught up in them, and reading about myself on the internet can lead me into a negative spiral, which ultimately is very detrimental to my mental health, so I decided to take a step back and delete the apps,” he said.

He also promoted stem4, an organization that reaches out to young people and their families suffering from mental health issues, which is supported by The Brothers Trust, a charity he founded with his parents and his brothers, who are also actors.

Tom has previously distanced himself from social networking for a period of time, and as he is once again going through a digital detox, he said, “I will be gone from Instagram again,” and “I appreciate the love and support from everyone here. I love you all. Let’s talk again soon,” and said goodbye to his fans for a while.

Many people praised Tom for this action. Justin Bieber commented on the post, “I love you,” popular skater Shane O’Neal said, “You’re a legend,” and Lewis Hamilton quoted Tom’s post on Stories with the caption, “Brother, talk as long as you need.”

In the past few years, more and more young people have been going through a digital detox, and many are spending more time away from social networking sites and facing themselves. Tom, who also said in a past interview with “Onward” that he “almost let Instagram take over my life and made me dependent on it,” has been staying away from social networking sites as much as possible and focusing more on his real life.
