It seems that there has been a move in the matter of Anne Heche’s estate.

Anne Heche, 53, an actress known for her roles in “Volcano” and “Spread,” passed away on August 14. She lost her life in an automobile accident, but she did not leave a will, court documents obtained by Us Weekly revealed.

It appears that there has been movement on the issue of Anne Heche’s estate.

Anne has a 20-year-old son, Homer LaFawn, with photographer and actor Coleman LaFawn, whom she divorced in 2009, and a 13-year-old second son, Atlas Heche Tupper, with actor James Tupper, whom she has since dated.

The elder son, Homer LaFawn, has recently filed documents with the court stating that he will be in charge of future inheritance procedures, and the name of the younger son, Atlas Heche Tupper, has been included in the documents.

Note that on the documents, Anne’s income is listed as “unknown”.

The court documents state, “The estate is to be inherited by Homer Heche LaFawn and Atlas Heche Tupper. Homer Hesch LaFawn, being an adult, is a candidate for administrator. Atlas Heche Tupper is a minor. At the time of this application, a petition to appoint a litigant for the minor is being filed at the same time,” the report states.

Anne was involved in an automobile accident in Los Angeles on Friday, August 5. The car she was driving crashed into a residence and burst into flames. Anne was later transported to the hospital, where she suffered burns and brain injuries and was placed in a coma.

Then, on August 12, her family’s representative announced that she had passed away, along with the declaration of brain death. Since she had been an organ donor by her own will before her death, she was kept on life support for a while after the announcement of her death in order to maintain her organs, but this was also removed on August 14.
