Popular actress Zendaya has once again made Emmy history.
The 74th Emmy Awards ceremony was held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on September 12 (Monday).
Zendaya once again made her mark on the history of the Emmy Awards.
At the ceremony, Zendaya received the award for Best Lead Actress in a Drama for her role in the HBO Max drama “EUPHORIA.
In her acceptance speech, Zendaya said, “Thank you for creating such a safe place for me to make this very difficult drama. I love you all so much,” she said excitedly. “I thank the Academy, my friends and family. Some of them are here tonight. (Thank you (co-star) Sam Levinson for being here with Lou. Thank you for believing in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself,” she said, sending her thanks with love.

This is the second time Zendaya has received the award. Zendaya won the Best Actress in a Drama category for “EUPHORIA,” also at the 72nd Emmy Awards ceremony in 2020. At that time, she became the youngest person ever to win this award in this category. This time, she became the first black woman to win the award twice, a historic achievement.
