On the night of Monday, November 7 (U.S. time), Nikita Dragun was arrested on a felony charge for walking naked in a hotel pool in Miami Beach and also for assaulting police.

TMZ reports, “Hotel security told officers that Nikita had been causing a disturbance for an extended period of time and was walking around the pool area naked.
When police arrived on the scene, they went to Nikita’s room and told her to keep the noise down, but she ignored police demands and slammed the door in their faces.
She then reopened the door and allegedly brandished an open bottle of water at the officers, leading to her arrest.
Nikita was arrested for “felony assault on a police officer, misdemeanor disturbing the peace, and misdemeanor assault,” according to the report. She was subsequently held on $5,000 ($740,000) bail.
