The first tier, cast members Natalia Dyer, Maya Hawke, Charlie Heaton, and Joe Keery, will be paid $6 million for the entire season, and the second tier, Noah Schnapp, Finn Wolfhard, Gayten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, and Sadie Sink, and the main cast earn more than $7 million over the course of the season.

In addition, they have signed a deal with the third stage, the big-name actors, Winona Ryder and David Harbour, who will be paid $9.5 million.

And the fourth step is Millie Bobby Brown, the star of the drama. As for her, she seems to be excluded from the tier system because she has a comprehensive deal with Netflix that includes a role in “The Electric State” by the Russo brothers, known for their “Enola Holmes” series and “Avengers: Endgame” among others.

Since “Stranger Things” has eight or nine episodes per season, even a simple calculation regarding Winona and David would result in a per-episode fee in excess of $1 million.
