The first leg of the semifinal of the Carabao Cup (EFL Cup), England’s league cup, was held on January 25 between Nottingham Forest and Manchester U.

The match between Nottingham Forest, who beat Wolverhampton to advance to the semifinals in the domestic cup for the first time in 31 years since the 1991-1992 season, and Manchester U, who beat Charlton Athletic (3rd division) to reach the last four.
