Body language expert Judy James told The Sun about this behavior, “Prince William and Princess Catherine have risen in the ranks of the royal family. This seems to have weakened the restrictions on their public flirting considerably,” she analyzed.

He added, “The two made more eye contact than usual and expressed their affection by touching each other more than ever before.
